Effective 21 September 2026

Legal supplier: Ondasix Ltd (company number 17218079), C/O Impress51, The Platt, Wadebridge, Cornwall, United Kingdom, PL27 7AE.

1. Who these terms apply to

These terms apply between Ondasix Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales with company number 17218079 and registered office at C/O Impress51, The Platt, Wadebridge, Cornwall, United Kingdom, PL27 7AE (we, us or Ondasix), and the business or organisation that creates an account, starts a trial, purchases a subscription or otherwise uses the Service (you or Customer).

The Service is provided for business use only. By creating an account or allowing a user to access the Service, you confirm that the person accepting these terms is authorised to bind the Customer.

2. The Service

Ondasix is cloud-based job-management software. It is designed to help service businesses organise customer records, jobs, workflow stages, notes, quotes, parts, labour, tasks and team handovers. The features available to you are those included in your selected plan or otherwise agreed in writing.

We may improve, update or change the Service from time to time. We will not materially reduce the core functionality of a paid plan during its paid term unless this is necessary for security, legal compliance, technical reasons or to prevent misuse. Where reasonably practicable, we will give notice of a material change.

3. Accounts and authorised users

You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for your authorised users, keeping login credentials secure and ensuring that each authorised user complies with these terms. You must tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to an account.

Each subscription includes three authorised users. Additional authorised users may be added subject to the charges in section 5.

You must not share user accounts. Authorised users must be members of your organisation. External contractors or other third parties may not use the Service unless we have expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

4. Free trial

We may offer a 30-day free trial. No payment card is required to begin the trial. The trial begins when we activate your account and ends after 30 days unless we agree otherwise in writing.

A trial gives access to the features agreed for that trial. We may limit, suspend or end a trial if we reasonably believe it is being misused, repeatedly recreated, used for unlawful activity or used other than for evaluating Ondasix for your business.

Unless you agree to a paid subscription, the trial ends automatically and access to the Service will stop at the end of the trial. Trial data may be retained for up to 30 days after the trial ends and may then be deleted. Ondasix does not currently provide a data-export facility, so you are responsible for copying any information you wish to retain before your access ends.

5. Subscriptions, fees and payment

Paid subscriptions begin on the date we confirm your order or activate the paid account. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Our standard subscription pricing is:

  • Monthly: £30 per month, including three authorised users, plus £7.50 per month for each additional authorised user.
  • Annual: £300 per year, including three authorised users, plus £80 per year for each additional authorised user.

Fees are payable in advance and are exclusive of VAT and any other applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments may be processed through a third-party payment provider.

If you add an authorised user during a billing period, the additional-user charge will be calculated pro rata for the remainder of that billing period. If you disable an additional authorised user during a billing period, a pro rata credit will be applied to your next invoice.

You may cancel your subscription at any time before its next renewal through the Ondasix platform or by contacting . Cancellation prevents the next renewal. You will retain access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, after which access to the Service will end.

We do not provide refunds for unused time unless required by law or agreed in writing.

We may change our prices for future billing periods. We will give at least 30 days’ notice of a price change affecting an existing subscription, and the new price will take effect from the next renewal occurring after that notice period.

If payment is overdue or a payment fails, we may suspend access to the Service after giving reasonable notice until the amount due is paid.

6. Customer data and data protection

You retain ownership of the information, records, files and other material that you or your users upload to or create in the Service (Customer Data). You are responsible for the accuracy, quality, legality and rights to use Customer Data.

We may process Customer Data only as necessary to provide, secure, maintain and support the Service, comply with law and enforce these terms. We will not sell Customer Data.

Where personal data is processed through the Service, the Customer will normally act as controller and Ondasix will normally act as processor. Each party will comply with applicable data-protection law. Where required, additional data-processing terms may apply between the parties.

We may use third-party service providers to operate and support the Service, including providers of hosting, storage, email delivery, payment processing, error monitoring and analytics. Our providers may include Amazon Web Services, Amazon S3, Amazon Simple Email Service (SES), Stripe, Sentry and Google Analytics. Further information may be provided in our privacy and subprocessor documentation.

You must not upload special-category personal data, payment-card data, third-party passwords, authentication credentials, security secrets, health records or other highly sensitive data unless we have expressly agreed appropriate safeguards in writing.

7. Acceptable use

You and your users must not:

  • use the Service unlawfully, fraudulently or in a way that infringes another person’s rights;
  • upload malware, attempt to gain unauthorised access, probe the Service’s security or interfere with its operation;
  • copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or create derivative works from the Service except where the law does not permit that restriction;
  • use the Service to store or distribute unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene or infringing material;
  • resell, rent, lease or make the Service available to third parties unless we agree in writing; or
  • use the Service in a way that could damage our reputation, systems or other customers.

8. Intellectual property

We and our licensors own all intellectual-property rights in the Service, its software, design, documentation, branding and related materials. Subject to these terms and payment of fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right for your authorised users to access and use the Service during the subscription term for your internal business purposes.

You grant us a limited right to host, copy, transmit and process Customer Data solely to provide and operate the Service. You may give us feedback, but we may use it without restriction or payment provided that we do not identify you as the source without permission.

9. Support, availability and backups

We will provide reasonable support for paid customers through the support channels we make available. We do not guarantee a particular response time unless we expressly agree one in writing.

We will use reasonable care and skill to make the Service available. However, the Service is provided over the internet and may be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, third-party services, network failures, security incidents or events outside our reasonable control. We do not guarantee any particular uptime percentage, uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or suitability for every business process.

We maintain reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. You should also keep appropriate copies of important records and maintain your own business-continuity arrangements. Ondasix is not a substitute for professional accounting, legal, safety, regulatory or technical advice.

10. Confidentiality

Each party must keep the other party’s confidential information confidential and use it only to perform or receive the Service. This does not apply to information that is public through no breach of these terms, was already known lawfully, is independently developed, or must be disclosed by law or a regulator.

We may disclose confidential information to our employees, professional advisers and suppliers who need to know it and who are subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.

11. Suspension and termination

You may cancel a monthly or annual subscription at any time before its next renewal in accordance with section 5. The subscription will continue until the end of the current paid billing period and will then terminate automatically.

Either party may terminate these terms immediately by written notice if the other party materially breaches these terms and does not remedy the breach within 14 days after being asked in writing to do so, or becomes insolvent.

We may suspend access immediately where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, investigate suspected misuse, prevent harm, comply with law or deal with non-payment. We will restore access when the reason for suspension has been resolved where appropriate.

When a subscription ends, your right to access the Service ends. Customer Data may be retained for up to 30 days after termination and may then be deleted in line with our retention practices, unless we are legally required to retain it for longer. Ondasix does not currently provide a data-export facility, so you are responsible for copying any information you need before your access ends.

12. Warranties and liability

We warrant that we will provide the Service with reasonable care and skill. Except as expressly stated in these terms, the Service is provided on an “as available” basis and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, all other warranties, conditions and terms are excluded.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits either party’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Subject to the previous paragraph, neither party will be liable to the other for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, anticipated savings, data or opportunity, or for any indirect or consequential loss, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise.

Subject to the previous two paragraphs, each party’s total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these terms and the Service in any 12-month period will not exceed the greater of:

  • £5,000; and
  • the total fees paid or payable by you for the Service during that 12-month period.

13. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against losses, liabilities, costs and expenses arising from Customer Data or your use of the Service in breach of these terms, including claims that Customer Data infringes a third party’s rights or is unlawful. This indemnity is subject to the limitations of liability in section 12.

We will give you prompt notice of a claim and reasonable control of the defence, provided that you do not settle a claim in a way that admits liability for us or imposes obligations on us without our written consent.

14. General

We may update these terms from time to time. For existing paid subscriptions, we will give reasonable notice of material changes. Where a change materially affects your paid subscription, it will normally take effect from the next renewal unless the change is required sooner for legal, security or regulatory reasons. Continuing to use the Service after an updated version takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by an event beyond its reasonable control, excluding payment obligations.

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these terms without our written consent. We may transfer these terms as part of a genuine reorganisation, sale of business or transfer of the Service, provided that this does not materially reduce your rights.

These terms, together with any applicable order confirmation, privacy notice and data-processing terms, form the entire agreement about the Service. If there is a conflict, the order confirmation takes priority, followed by any applicable data-processing terms, then these terms.

A person who is not a party to these terms has no right to enforce them under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right.

15. Governing law and contact

These terms and any dispute or claim arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory law that applies.

Questions about these terms or the Service may be sent to . Subscription cancellations may also be sent to . Formal legal notices should be sent to and to our registered office at C/O Impress51, The Platt, Wadebridge, Cornwall, United Kingdom, PL27 7AE.
